Self Storage 1 was soooooo helpful for my move!! They let me rent a unit super last minute and answered all my questions. Cindy was especially awesome— thanks team!!

Love the staff here, but the hours on google need to be updated. I would love it if they also included their break hours. I have a small storage unit that can only be accessed through the lobby. I’ve end up lugging stuff back and forth from my apartment three times to be met with “will be back” at various different times. For reference to others, as per their website and door, they are closed Mondays and Sundays, and are open Tuesday-Saturday from 10AM-5PM, not including breaks for the staff. On top of that, expect semi-annual rent raises. They keep it pretty reasonable and still remain the cheapest in the area.

Cindy was so kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and showed me to my unit so there would be no confusion. It was such an easy process to move stuff in and out. Highly recommend.
